November 10 is the Day of Internal Affairs Officer.

More than a hundred years have passed since the creation of the police. We all know what difficulties employees of the internal affairs bodies have had to go through over this century. Now many police officers, risking themselves, maintain order and suppress crimes in the zone of a special military operation.

I would like to note the merits of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in maintaining law and order in Sevastopol. This year, the number of crimes committed in public places has decreased by more than a quarter, and this is, of course, the merit of the professionals working in the Department.

It is very important that the Sevastopol police pay a lot of attention to children. The first cadet class of internal affairs bodies has been operating at the 6th school for seven years now, and every year the number of cadet classes is growing — we all understand how important it is to raise children correctly.
