Metropolitan Tikhon of Simferopol and Crimea, co-served by the dean of the Sevastopol church district, Archpriest Sergius Khalyut, the clergy of the Sevastopol deanery and guests in holy orders, performed the rite of consecration of the dome cross for the St. Vladimir Cathedral in Chersonesus. Also, the head of the Crimean Metropolis congratulated all Orthodox Christians on their New Year.
