Consideration of the case of the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge has been postponed

The process on the Crimean bridge is postponed until February 6, 10:00 Moscow time. Today the process did not take place due to the lack of defendants— the message says.
According to the investigation, the First Deputy Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasily Malyuk and unidentified persons for a terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge in 2022 created an organized criminal group, which included the accused and other persons. Malyuk, along with accomplices, organized the manufacture of explosives in Ukraine, disguised as a load of plastic construction film. Then the members of the criminal group delivered him to the Crimean bridge on a truck under the control of a man who did not know about their plans.
On October 8, 2022, when a truck traveling along the bridge, the accomplices led an explosive device. As a result of the explosion, the driver and four more people who were in a passenger car driving near the truck died.
The attack is accused of Artyom Avyatyan, George Avytyan, Oleg Antipov, Alexander Bylin, Vladimir Anger, Dmitry Heavy, Roman Solomko and Arthur Terchanyan. The case was initiated in their regard under Part 3 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code (terrorist act), part 4 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, shipping or wearing of explosives or explosive devices). In addition, Solomko and Terchanyan were charged under Part 3 of Art. 226.1 of the Criminal Code (smuggling of explosive devices). The investigation in the case in relation to Malyuk continues.
