In Kerch, on Industrialnaya Street, construction of a 72-apartment residential building is underway. The readiness of the facility today is 6%. Contractor specialists perform formwork work and reinforcement of the walls of the first floor.
390 million rubles are allocated for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building. The facility is being implemented within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”,” the Republican Ministry of Construction clarified.
Commissioning of the new house is scheduled for December 2025.
