As part of the implementation of the state program of the Russian Federation «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol», the construction of a 72-apartment residential building in the village of Primorsky in the city of Feodosia is being completed. This was reported by the First Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea Alexander Reznikov.

The construction of the facility is carried out in accordance with the state contract dated September 30, 2021 No. 165 / EP-SMR for the completion of construction and installation works, concluded between the customer — the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Crimea» and the Limited Liability Company Construction Company «StroyYug». 281.24 million rubles have been allocated for the construction of an apartment building.

The commissioning of the new building is scheduled for December 2024.
Let us recall that the construction of the facility is being carried out within the framework of the State Program in the direction of «Ensuring Interethnic Harmony». On April 21, 2014, the President of Russia signed a decree «On measures to rehabilitate the Armenian, Bulgarian, Greek, Italian, Crimean Tatar and German peoples and state support for their revival and development.» The document was adopted «in order to eliminate the consequences of illegal deportation from the territory» of Crimea and became a symbol of strengthening interethnic peace and harmony on the peninsula. A whole list of programs to support rehabilitated citizens is in effect in Crimea.
