Construction of a clinic continues in the village of Gresovsky near Simferopol

As part of the regional project “Modernization of primary health care in the Russian Federation” of the national project “Healthcare” in the city district of Simferopol, a clinic is being built on the street. Yablochkova in the village of Gresovsky. More than 1 billion rubles are allocated for the construction of the facility.
Currently, work on the reconstruction of heat supply networks has been completed, backfilling has been completed and pipelines have been connected. Construction and installation work was carried out to reconstruct gas supply networks and reconnect the main line by the operating organization. In addition, work has been completed to strengthen the foundation soils, develop the soil of the building pit, install a monolithic frame of the building and install external enclosing structures made of aerated concrete, and also carry out lateral waterproofing of the walls of the basement.
At the moment, work is being carried out on laying internal heating, water supply and sanitation networks, and laying cable products for power supply networks. Installation of low-current networks, work on installing roofing pie and filling window openings, installation of cement-sand floor screed, plastering of walls and work on laying air ducts for the ventilation system are underway.
Clinic on the street. Yablochkov in the village of Gresovsky is being built next to the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution “Secondary School No. 34”. The clinic’s staff will be about 184 employees. The institution is designed for all categories of citizens: the children’s department — for 167 visits per day, and the adult department — for 417 visits per day. In addition, a day hospital with 34 beds for adults is planned.
The structure of the building will include a lobby-entrance group of rooms with a registration desk, offices of medical specialists (surgeon, ophthalmologist, oncologist, etc.), a general family medicine department, an X-ray diagnostics department (CT, mammography, radiology), a clinical diagnostic laboratory, a central sterilization department, endoscopy and ultrasound rooms, administrative department, auxiliary and technical rooms.
In this medical institution, it will be possible to conduct an examination to identify disorders of the body: take tests, check vision, measure pressure and lung volume, use a mammograph, fluorograph, ultrasound machine, ECG and other modern equipment. Thus, patients will have the opportunity to conduct most diagnostic tests and procedures within one medical organization.
For the convenience of people with limited mobility, a barrier-free environment will be created on all floors and in all offices. In addition, ramps with non-slip coating will be installed, tactile stripes will be applied to staircases and main routes, and elevators will be installed.
