Construction of a large water treatment facility continues in the north of Crimea

Within the framework of the National project of Russia «Clean Water», the construction of a large water treatment plant in the Krasnoperekopsky district (in the north of Crimea) continues.
As specified in the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Crimea, work is currently underway to pour foundations for reservoirs of source and clean water. The design capacity of Krasnoperekopskaya WTP is 15,000 cubic meters per day. The expected commissioning date is 2024.
It is emphasized that the new water purification complex will help provide 25,000 residents of the district with quality water.
