Construction of an eco-technopark in the Saki region: at the beginning of November — 71% complete

In the Saki region of Crimea, construction of an eco-technopark with a capacity of 200 thousand tons per year continues

In order to implement the federal project “Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Management System,” which is part of the national project “Ecology,” agreements on the provision of funds from the federal budget were concluded between the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.

Within the framework of the concluded Agreements, the construction of the facility is being implemented: “Ecotechnopark Saki region 200 thousand tons/year”. The contractor is PPK Russian Ecological Operator. The total cost of construction of the facility is 1854.797 million rubles— reported the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Crimea.

The complex under construction is designed to receive solid municipal waste, sort and process materials. The area of ​​the territory is 313 thousand square meters.

The readiness of the facility, according to experts, is about 71%. What is included in this figure:

— In the administrative and amenity complex, ventilation ducts are being laid, ventilation systems are being installed to ensure a comfortable microclimate in the premises, floor screed is being carried out, as well as work is being carried out to level and prepare the floor subfloors for further laying of coverings. Interior decoration is underway — office and domestic premises are equipped with modern finishing materials, which increases the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space.

— Finishing work is being carried out at the checkpoint with the weighing station, finishing work is also being carried out inside the checkpoint, including the preparation of walls, floors and ceilings, as well as the installation of various security systems.

— In the car repair building — work on power supply, installation and adjustment of electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment, water supply work. Installation of water supply systems for vehicle maintenance and provision of the necessary water resource.

— In the waste sorting complex, excavation works and foundations are being carried out, site preparation and construction of foundations for the installation of complex equipment, installation of metal structures are being carried out, metal structures are installed in the indicated axes, which creates a frame for the future building and structure.

— Work is being carried out to pour concrete for monolithic floors, columns and pits, which ensures the strength and durability of structures. Installation of enclosing structures.

— At the composting site, the power supply is being connected and the composting tanks are grounded, and work aimed at ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the site’s equipment is being completed.

Each of the above stages is carried out taking into account high quality and safety standards, which guarantees the reliable functioning of the facility.

During the implementation of the project, the labor resources of the local population are actively used, which creates new jobs and contributes to the economic progress of the region. Environmental programs integrated into the concept of the eco-technopark meet current standards of environmental protection and sustainable development, and also promote the rational use of resources and energy savingsemphasized the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Crimea.
