CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the village of Olenevka, Chernomorsky district, the construction of biological treatment facilities with a system of distribution collectors with a capacity of 798 cubic meters per day, including distribution sewer networks with a total length of 35.7 km, has been completed.
New biological treatment facilities will ensure complete biological treatment and safe disposal of sewage wastewater and household waste and their subsequent disposal— reported the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Crimea.
In addition, treatment facilities will ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population (especially in a seaside resort village), bringing the quality indicators of the wastewater treatment and disinfection process to the required parameters, which will minimize the harmful effects of the treatment process and its waste on the environment. In fact, the new treatment plants eliminate the very possibility of pollution of the Black Sea and coastal areas, which will contribute to the environmental health of the region, and will also provide comfortable and safe living and recreational conditions for residents and guests of the region.
The facility was implemented within the framework of the State program of the Russian Federation “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”. The cost of construction of treatment facilities according to the concluded state contract amounted to 724 million rubles.
