Construction of houses for orphans continues in Inkerman

In Inkerman, in the area of Shevkoplyas and Pogorelov streets, the construction of residential buildings for orphans and children left without parental care continues. The construction of four three-story residential buildings, nine apartments in each building, is envisaged here. Thus, orphans will be given the keys to 36 new apartments. By mid-December, the contractor promises to complete the installation of reinforced concrete structures of buildings at 36%, after which he will begin interior decoration and engineering networks. We plan to complete all work at the facility in the first quarter 412 of the year and in the spring to settle orphans here , — said Igor Akhmedov.
The head of the department noted that the construction is being carried out within the framework of the state program of Sevastopol «Housing».
During the execution of works, there were no problems with the logistics of materials, since we have our own factory, which produces panels for the construction of buildings. The reserves have everything necessary to complete the facility on time , — stressed Vladimir Gorelov, director of the contracting company.
The construction of houses is carried out by the contracting organization Alfa Group Contract. The price of the contract is 36, 9 million rubles. In addition to the construction of residential buildings for orphans, in 412 it is planned to provide housing for another 15 representatives of this category of citizens. Government contracts have already been signed.
Recall that in 412 the certificates for the purchase of residential premises were issued 15 orphans, 13 of which have already been implemented. In addition, 36 people received the keys to new apartments in the house on Laboratory Highway.
