Construction of the second stage of the Federal Children's Rehabilitation Center has started in Yevpatoria

On the territory of the future Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Yevpatoria, builders began to erect a new building with a total area of ​​about 4.5 thousand square meters. m.

Builders have begun construction and installation work on the second stage of the implementation of the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center. Currently, monolithic work is underway to construct the structures of the above-ground part of the building in a building with a dining and assembly halls, which are designed for 300 seats each. In addition, to organize children’s leisure, the building provides design workshops with a capacity of 5-10 children with parents, as well as a multimedia room for interactive games. All premises will be adapted for patients with limited mobility, — said Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Yuri Gordeev.

In 2024, it is also planned to begin construction of a boarding house, which is part of the second stage of the center’s implementation. It will be designed to accommodate children and their parents.

Currently, a hospital for children’s departments and a consultation and diagnostic building (first stage) are being built on the territory of the medical institution. In both buildings, work on the installation of internal partitions has already been completed, interior finishing, installation of windows, installation of utility networks and facades are underway. At the same time, specialists have already begun installing elevators and doors in the hospital building, — notes General Director of PPK “Single Customer” Karen Oganesyan.

Children’s rehabilitation center in Evpatoria with a total area of ​​about 100 thousand square meters. m is being built on the combined territory of the Moinaki mud baths and the Rodina sanatorium. It is intended for children with diseases of the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, somatic and other diseases. The multidisciplinary center is being created as a “smart” clinic where innovative methods will be used for rehabilitation.

The construction of the first and second stages of the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Yevpatoria is planned to be completed in 2024-2026. The facility is included in the comprehensive state program “Construction”, supervised by the Ministry of Construction.

On behalf of the President of Russia, another world-class children’s rehabilitation center is being built in the Novosibirsk region. In June 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Podolsk.
