Consultations with Rosreestr specialists in Sevastopol. There have already been and there will be more

Employees of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol conduct monthly consultations for citizens, training seminars for business communities, personal receptions and joint information and consulting events with government bodies, local governments, organizations and associations.

The policy of Rosreestr is currently aimed at reducing the time required for state registration of rights, state cadastral registration, as well as eliminating the reasons that impede registration activities. The department has become more open to dialogue in all areas of activity. The tasks of the Directorate also include monitoring the quality of public services provided by Rosreestr, ensuring interaction with government bodies, local governments, organizations and associations, citizens on issues within the competence of the Directorate— the press service of the head of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol quotes Olesya Kalinkin.

On November 15, the first joint event of Rosreestr, Sevreestr, DIZO and DAiG took place with the participation of the public council of the Office with dacha and gardening partnerships. Chairmen of more than 150 gardening associations located in Sevastopol came to the meeting to find ways to solve existing problems.

A personal reception of citizens was also held at the reception of the President of the Russian Federation in the city of Sevastopol. Residents of Sevastopol asked questions about crossing the boundaries of land plots, about registering land under a garage amnesty, about registering the right of common property of residents of an apartment building, about the procedure for redistributing land plots, and others. During the reception, consulting assistance was provided and appropriate instructions were given.

The next consultations with Rosreestr specialists will take place:

• Consultations for citizens on the provision of documents for the State Civil Code, State Budgetary Institution, etc. will be held on December 14, 2023 from 09:00 to 11:00 at the MFC

• consultations and training seminars for business communities on the issues of submitting documents electronically will be held on December 14, 2023 from 10:00 to 12:00 at the “My Business” center at the address: Sevastopol, October Revolution Avenue, 42B, room 6
• Reception of citizens will take place on December 12, 2023 at the Office of Rosreestr for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol at the address: Sevastopol, st. Vakulenchuka, 29 building 3, 3rd floor.
