Continuation of the Nature of Art Festival in Crimea: concerts in blooming roses of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden

On June 3–4, a triumphant continuation of the Nature of Art Festival, created by the team of the Sevastopol Ball and dedicated to the great artist I.K. Aivazovsky. On the first summer weekend, in the open air, among the aromas and colors of the rose garden of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, two premiere concerts-performances will take place — «Jazz and Latina» and «Opera and Ballet». The best jazz and classical musicians, singers and dancers of Crimea and other cities will take part in the Festival, as well as showman Stephen Mitchell, a special guest from the USA. In addition to concerts, guests will be treated to a promenade – a tour of the rose garden.

The venue for the first concerts of the Nature of Art Festival this season is truly unique. The new rose garden of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden is designed in a classical style with elements of romanticism and symbolism. This is a stunning collection of flowers planted in endless flower beds in the form of a full-blown rose.

On June 3, a magnificent opera concert will be held here, at which masterpieces of world classics will be performed. Pink picturesque paintings will be filled with music from famous operas and operettas by Verdi, Strauss, Mozart, Kalman, Rossini, Lehar, Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Borodin and other great composers. The dance part of the program will be represented by duet and solo ballet parts. The evening will also be decorated with your favorite melodies on the theme of love in a classic performance.

The masters of the opera stage will give the enjoyment of the holiday of nature and art: Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Dinara Khafizova (soprano), Honored Artist of the Republic of Crimea Denis Benko (tenor), magnificent Server Kadirov (bass), owner of a rare baritone Artem Fedorov, brilliant dancers Sergey Khrapin, Yana Kolmogorova and other outstanding artists.

On June 4, among the blooming roses, jazz and incendiary Latin will triumph. Guests of the event will enjoy a fireworks display of various compositions by great masters Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Perry Como and many other performers, which will be complemented by colorful sparks of Latin American music and favorite world and domestic hits. The program will be decorated with dances with a southern passionate character.

The best jazz musicians and singers of Crimea and other cities will take part in the Festival: A3 Jazz Trio, Anna Shakel (vocals), Viktor Nikulin (saxophone), Maxim Perov (trumpet), Alexander Popov (guitar), Oksana Ferenchuk (vocals, Rostov), ​​and a special guest from the USA — showman Stephen Mitchell.

The Nature of Art Festival is a unique project that combines the beauty of nature and art in one ensemble. It is dedicated to the great Russian artist Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovsky. His creative concept is to present a gallery of «living» paintings in the natural picturesque scenery of the Crimea.
