CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Zaporizhzhia regional court issued a verdict in a criminal case against a resident of the village of Dobrovka, Priazovsky district, Oksana Gladkikh. She was found guilty under Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (high treason).
It was established that in August 2023, she collected and transferred to an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine information about the location of personnel and military equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as the coordinates of the placement of engineering and fortification barriers, defensive structures to ensure transport security. The transmitted data could be used to inflict fire damage on the locations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, that is, against the security of the country,” reports the prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.
The court, agreeing with the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the perpetrator to 14 years in prison, to be served in a general regime correctional colony and further restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year.
