COVID-19 in Sevastopol: 2 patients discharged

Over the past 24 hours, 2 patients have been discharged from covid hospitals. At the moment, there are patients in hospitals, of which 36 — with confirmed COVID-.

In total, 104 beds have been deployed in the city infectious diseases hospital, the first, fifth and ninth city hospitals for the treatment of patients with coronavirus infection and suspected of it. As of the morning of January 5, the city registered new cases of COVID-19. 1 person died at the age of 82 years. According to Rospotrebnadzor, during the pandemic in Sevastopol, people fell ill with a new coronavirus infection 36 354 and recovered 94 643, — reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

Now there is a campaign for vaccination against COVID- in the city. Vaccination points have been deployed in polyclinics, feldsher-obstetric stations and rural medical outpatient clinics.

There were no cases of complications after vaccination in the region.

In Sevastopol, on the morning of January 5, people were vaccinated against coronavirus 104 659. The second stage of vaccination was completed by 82 736 residents of the city.

Mass vaccination began in Sevastopol on February 8 2021. As of January 5, more than 373 thousand doses of vaccine have been received. Deliveries are proceeding as planned.
