Creating conditions for training highly qualified workers in Crimea is a task of national importance
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Congratulations to students and graduates of colleges and technical schools, teachers, mentors and industrial training masters on the Day of Secondary Vocational Education! Creating conditions for training highly qualified workers is a task of national importance.
In Crimea, a lot is being done to modernize the vocational training system and provide the real sector of the economy with competent and in-demand specialists.
Cooperation between colleges and technical schools with employers helps students put their talents and abilities into practice, acquire skills and experience, and successfully find employment.
Educational and educational-industrial clusters have been opened in the region, created within the framework of the federal project “Professionalism”: in the field of the hospitality industry, mechanical engineering, transport and road construction.
Thanks to new laboratories equipped with modern equipment, students will be able to quickly obtain in-demand working professions and specialties that meet the real needs of leading employers.
In September 2024, the Center for Advanced Vocational Training of the Republic of Crimea opened — a unique platform that will become a key link in the system of vocational education and human resources development of the peninsula. The new center will combine the region’s resources for career guidance, accelerated education, training, retraining and advanced training.
Special words of gratitude to teachers and industrial training masters who pass on knowledge to the younger generation, teach them to work honestly and responsibly, set goals and achieve them.
I wish the teaching staff, students and graduates of professional educational organizations success and all the best.
