Creative weekend: the street theater “Soft Sign” will show its performances in Sevastopol

In the center of Sevastopol, on weekends in October, the city’s first professional street theater, “Soft Sign,” will perform. The artists will present several of their performances to the audience. They will be shown on the stage of the Teatralnaya Street art space. This is reported by Tourist portal of Crimea.
Every weekend, starting from October 14, the well-known street theater in Sevastopol, “The Soft Sign,” will stage its productions on the stage of “Theater Street,” which this year is located near Artillery Bay. October 14 at 18:00 – performance “Luboff”. The artists will tell nine love stories. However, they will not utter a word. Everything will be played out in the format of visual theater: pantomime, clowning, and eccentricity will be intertwined. The heroes of the production are characters from world love stories, from Cupid to Juliet. The performance is inspired by the work of the famous Soviet and Russian clown Vyacheslav Polunin. October 22 at 16:00 – performance “Barriers”. According to the creators, the public will remember the production for its unusual decorations: fan barriers and fences, which are mainly used to zone space at public events. The play contains the idea of how a person, freeing himself from boundaries and other barriers, can come to creativity. Age limit: 6+. Tickets are on sale here.
October 28 at 18:00 – vegetable garden cabaret. The Soft Sign artists will show sketches, improvisational stories and musical compositions. They will also talk to the audience about what is important for the first and second. Age limit: 18+. Tickets are on sale here.
October 29 at 16:00 – performance “Averchenko Islands”. The production is based on the stories of the Russian writer Arkady Averchenko. It will immerse you in the atmosphere of the beginning of the 20th century and allow you to look at the relationships between our compatriots who lived a hundred years ago. The artwork uses the port as an image of travel and the transition from one story to another. The performance is interactive, so every viewer will be able to take part in it.
