CrimeaPRESS reports:

And not because of money, and not because “he has the right,” but… out of fear.

In Feodosia, the “Crimean Raskolnikov” will appear in court. A 19-year-old man is accused of murdering a 73-year-old city resident. As the prosecutor’s office clarified, there is a whole “bouquet” of articles in the case: the guy is accused of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), pp. “c”, “d” part 2 art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft).

According to investigators, in June of this year the man was on the roof of an abandoned building in the area of the Ochistnye dacha area, where he was going to pick up metal sheets. Noticing an elderly woman watching his actions, the young man was afraid that the latter might contact the police. The attacker followed the city resident and then hit her on the head with a nail puller he had on him. The accused dragged the unconscious 73-year-old victim into an abandoned building, where he hit him at least 15 times with a brick. The woman died at the scene of the crime from her injuries.— reported the prosecutor’s office.

Interestingly, after committing the murder, the young man stole the victim’s mobile phone.

The accused admitted his guilt and was given a preventive measure in the form of detention. With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Feodosia City Court for consideration on the merits. The punishment will definitely be severe.
