The discussion was devoted to issues of social entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility as effective forms of interaction between the state, business and society.
Participants discussed the prospects for the development of social entrepreneurship in Russia, effective measures of state support, as well as the possibility of interacting a large and social business.
In her speech, Irina Kiviko shared the experience of the Republic of Crimea in the development of social entrepreneurship and the support of participants in a special military operation (SV) who began their own business.
According to her, in Crimea, special attention is paid to the support of the participants of the one who returned to a peaceful life. Since 2023, the republic has been implementing a full -Formal training program “Own Business”, focused on veterans of his own and members of their families who want to begin entrepreneurial activity.
The program includes four modules, and we are constantly improving the psychological support module of participants. This year, the methodology of psychological support was received by the expert opinion of the psychological security department of the section of geopolitics and the security of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, which noted the importance of the reactication of veterans for peaceful life through the formation of psychological competencies to create their own business, ”said Irina Kiviko.
Within the framework of the program “Your business”, 115 participants were trained and about 25% of them became entrepreneurs. In addition to marketing services, the Center «My Business» is developing new products. So, within the framework of the project, the Internet service “For the case” is being developed, which will provide platform employment to the veterans of Svo. Also, 10 consultants of the My Business Center were trained under the program “Providing Services and the provision of situational assistance to people with disabilities” to support the veterans of their own and their members of their families engaged in business.
In Crimea, institutes of mentoring are formed at coordination councils on the development of small and secondary business in municipalities for the active integration of veterans into business.
Irina Kiviko invited all those interested in the forum “her business”, which will be held in the fall of this year in Crimea and unite the participants of his, mentors, volunteers, entrepreneurs and representatives of the authorities for joint development of business support and development measures.
