Crimea completed 2024 with high budget development according to the state program
Krympress reports:
In 2024, 64.6 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of the state program, and the box office consumption amounted to a record 99.95%, which became the highest indicator for the entire time the program is implemented.
In his introductory word, Almaz Shaukatovich noted the importance of achieving similar results this year:
It is necessary to ensure the same high performance of the program, as in the past, to make every effort in order to achieve decent results.
The deputy minister also emphasized that despite the indicators achieved, at the end of the year there is a large amount of redistribution.
We need to go to the planned development of funds. When forming the budget that we begin to develop in May, it is necessary to go out for full development in the future in 2026-2028— he added.
The main task, according to Khusainov, is to timely ensure the input of new objects:
For us in reporting documents, it is important to show cash performance, but for people the most important thing is to feel the benefits from the objects that they will soon use and receive quality services.
Almaz Shaukatovich also noted that it is necessary to focus both on the development of existing objects and in the input of new ones.
The chairman of the Government of Crimea during the meeting noted that all 42 planned facilities were successfully commissioned last year.
The cash development of the budget amounted to a record 99.95%. This is the first time such maximum development— said Gotsanyuk, adding that the main task for the current year is to achieve 100% development.
The Prime Minister also listed significant objects commissioned: “In 2024, a number of social and engineering infrastructure facilities were commissioned. Among them are three apartment buildings, nine kindergartens, a school in the village of Uyutny Saksky District and the embankment named after V. Tereshkova, three sewer-treatment facilities, as well as a road with a length of more than 60 km of Evpatoria-Mirny and the first stage “Donskoye-Diva”.
This year, 68.9 billion rubles were allocated as part of the state program and 36 objects are planned to be completed.
During the meeting, the participants also discussed problematic issues related to the elimination of factors restraining the implementation of events, minimizing and preventing risks in 2025.
