Crimea entered the top eight regions of Russia for the integrated development of rural areas

The Republic of Crimea entered the top eight regions of Russia in terms of 100% implementation of the “Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories” program. This was announced by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea Andrei Savchuk. According to him, in 2023, a subsidy of more than 21 million rubles was allocated for the improvement of rural areas, improving the living conditions of citizens living in rural areas and housing construction.
This program really works effectively in the Republic. Let me remind you, in addition, that improvement projects were successfully implemented in 8 districts: children’s and sports grounds appeared, playing fields and complexes were created, as well as recreation areas, a skate park and a skate playground, several village residents received certificates for the provision of social benefits for purchasing housing. The amount, however, is small, but two families from the Saki and Kirov districts will be able to improve their living conditions. By the way, one family has already bought a house. The second one is planning to buy a home next year.,” commented the head of the Crimean Ministry of Agriculture.
Andrey Savchuk also noted that as part of the implementation of the “Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories” subprogram, it is also possible to build a house in a rural area, participate in the shared construction of residential houses and apartments, on the basis of an investment agreement provided to citizens under a residential rental agreement.
In addition to the Republic of Crimea, the eight regions that fully utilized the funds included the Altai and Khabarovsk Territories, the Novgorod, Omsk and Magadan regions, the Republic of Mari El, and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
