During the meeting, Yuri Gotsanyuk noted the successful implementation of the indicators of the National Project «Safe and high -quality roads» over the past year.
The share of the road network of urban agglomerations in a normative state amounted to 85.5%, roads of regional and inter -municipal value — 48%, and regional roads in the supporting network — 75%, — said the Prime Minister, adding that more than 2.2 thousand linear meters of artificial structures are also brought into normative state.
According to the presented data, in the republic, the number of people who died in an accident per 100 thousand people and 10 thousand vehicles decreased by 8% in the republic.
These results have become possible thanks to comprehensive measures, including the installation and replacement of barrier and pedestrian fences, the construction of sidewalks and improve lighting— he emphasized.
Yuri Gotsanyuk also expressed gratitude to all colleagues for the successes achieved and noted that work in this direction would be continued.
The meeting was attended by the prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea Oleg Kamshilov, the head of the Department of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea Anatoly Borisenko and the First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea Arseny Kozlovsky.
