CrimeaPRESS reports:
In accordance with Article 4 of the Federal Law of October 24, 1997 Nº 134-FZ «On the Subsistence Minimum in the Russian Federation», Articles 83, 84 of the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea, Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea of June 6, 2014 Nº 20-3РК «On the Subsistence Minimum in the Republic of Crimea», Articles 14, 20 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea of July 19, 2022 Nº 307-3РК/2022 «On the Executive Bodies of the Republic of Crimea», the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea decided to establish the subsistence minimum in the Republic of Crimea for 2025:
- per capita — 17,201 rubles;
by main socio-demographic groups for:
- working-age population — 18,749 rubles;
- pensioners — 14,793 rubles;
- children — 16,685 rubles.
This resolution shall enter into force on January 1, 2025 and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2025.
