Crimea-in the top 3 of popular regions according to the number of booking of daily houses with pools

In Avito, travels called the most popular areas for short -term rental houses with pools. On average, in June 2025, the Russians made 2.1 times more reservations than last month last year. According to the results of the first month of summer, the Krasnodar Territory (25%of all reservations of houses with pools), the Altai Republic (10%), Crimea (7%), Adygea (5%), the Moscow Region (4%), Dagestan and Stavropol Territory (3%each) became the most popular regions.

Positive dynamics were noted in all leading regions on the number of reservation of houses with pools. The most noticeable growth is in North Ossetia (3.6 times a year), the Voronezh region (3.4 times), Crimea (3.4 times), Orenburg (3.3 times) and Samara regions (3.2 times). In the Moscow region, the demand for the year increased by 2 times, in the Krasnodar Territory — by 66%, in the Leningrad region — by 53%.

The offer of houses with pools available for daily rental for daily rental in Russia increased by 53% per year. Among the most popular areas of June 2025, the largest growth was recorded in the Samara (2.3 times) and Voronezh regions (2 times), North Ossetia (+86%), Stavropol Territory (+82%), Chelyabinsk (+80%) and Leningrad regions (+79%).

The average in the country, the cost of short -term rental of a house with a pool in June 2025 amounted to 12,100 rubles. The lowest prices among the TOP-20 regions in terms of popularity of Avito travel analysts were recorded in the Orenburg region (6,500 rubles on average in the region), the Altai Republic (8,000 rubles), the Volgograd and Saratov regions (10,300 rubles), Crimea (10,600 rubles), Dagestan and the Krasnodar Territory (11,400 rubles), as well as Adygea (11 900 rubles).

On average in Russia, the duration of reservation of country houses with pools has not changed over the year, amounting to four days, but in the regions this indicator is very different, which is explained by different scenarios of use. For example, in the Moscow and Leningrad regions, objects are booking on average for two days — the inhabitants of the capitals use this option to relax on the weekend in nature. At the same time, in classic tourist locations — Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Dagestan, and Kaliningrad region — the average reservation period of houses with pools is six days or more. So, users choose these areas for full vacation, — commented Artem Komochkin, director of Avito travel.

The average number of guests during daily accommodation in houses with pools in June 2025 amounted to five people, this indicator has not changed over the year. The largest companies in the reporting month travelers stayed in St. Petersburg (9 people), Tatarstan and the Moscow region (7 people each).
