Crimea-in the top 3 of popular sea regions in the number of booking housing reservations

Experts of the Avito Traveling Room Service called the most popular sea regions in Russia and compared their popularity with other areas.

Among the top-9 marine regions, housing in the Krasnodar Territory and the Leningrad Region (shares: 32%), Crimea (12%), Kaliningrad region (11%) and Dagestan (7%) are most often booking. The Far East and the North of the European part of the country are less popular: the share of the Primorsky Territory from the reservations in the sea regions is 3%, the Murmansk region — 2%, the Kamchatka Territory and the Sakhalin Region — less than 1%for each. Compared to last summer, the number of reservations in the TOP-9 sea regions increased in total by 29%. The most noticeable dynamics is in Crimea (2.3 times), Dagestan (+55%), Murmansk (+44%) and Kaliningrad regions (+39%).

The most popular Nemorous regions in the number of reservations of daily housing this summer was the Moscow Region (25%). Tatarstan (18%), Nizhny Novgorod region (10%), Stavropol Territory (9%), Karelia, Rostov and Volgograd regions (8%each), Sverdlovsk and Novosibirsk regions (7%each). During the year, the total number of reservations in the TOP-8 of the Nemorous regions increased by 36%. The most — in the Stavropol Territory (+58%), Sverdlovsk (+54%), Volgograd (+49%) and Nizhny Novgorod regions (+39%), as well as in Karelia (+35%).

If you compare two types of directions, then a small advantage in the number of booking in the TOP-9 sea regions: 52% versus 48% of the reservation. For a year, this proportion has not changed much (53% versus 47% in 2024).

Rest by the sea is not the only choice for travelers. Nemorous directions are stably popular among Russians thanks to a variety of infrastructure: these are spa treatment, and trips to the UNESCO World Heritage Monuments, and excursion routes to historical cities. Also, many are important to organize a trip to the weekend — without long -term logistics and with a rich program. At the same time, the prices of the Nemorical directions are lower. To rent a dishwasher and the house in them costs 4100 and 9,500 rubles, respectively, in sea — 4900 and 11,100 rubles.
