Crimea-in the top 3 regions by the number of reservations of summer cottages for the summer

In the Crimea, the number of summer residence for the summer of 2025 increased by 235% compared to last year. On average, you can rent a cottage in the region in the summer of 2025 for 4,900 rubles per day.

According to Avito travel, this summer Russians are 2.5 times more likely to book daily cottages than in the same season of 2024. The most popular areas for June, July and August were Dagestan (15%of all dachas reserved in Russia for the summer), Karelia (13%), Crimea (11%), Krasnodar Territory (8%), North Ossetia and Tver region (5%each).

Among the most popular regions among travelers, the number of summer residence in the Pskov region (7.3 times), Altai (4.1 times), Saratov (4 times) and Samara regions (3.9 times), Crimea (3.4 times), Moscow (3.3 times) and Kaliningrad regions (3.2 times) grew strongly.

The proposal in the segment of the daily rental of cottages compared to the summer of 2024 in Russia in Russia increased by 18%. Positive dynamics was observed in 19 of the 20 most popular regions of this year. The most noticeable increase in the proposal of Avito travel analysts was recorded in St. Petersburg (2.6 times), the Pskov region (2.2 times), Volgograd region (+64%), North Ossetia (+62%), Smolensk (+56%), Kaliningrad and Kaluga regions (+42%in each).

Among the leading regions by the number of reservations, it is cheaper to remove the drug cottage on Avito travel this summer in Pskov (3800 rubles per day) and Yaroslavl regions (4300 rubles), the Altai Republic (4,600 rubles), Crimea (4900 rubles) and Karelia (5000 rubles). The highest average prices are in North Ossetia (12,000 rubles), St. Petersburg (10,600 rubles), Volgograd (8800 rubles) and Kaluga regions (8400 rubles).

This summer, Russians plan to stop in daily dachas on average for 4 nights. For a year, this indicator has not changed. Among the leading regions on the number of reservations for a long period, only travelers in the Crimea (8 nights), the Krasnodar Territory (7 nights), Dagestan (6 nights) and the Kaliningrad region (5 nights) are calculated. The average in Russia the number of guests of the daily cottages this year is 4 people.
