June 9 is International Friends Day, whose task is to remind the world of how important friendship is in our lives. On this day, meetings with friends are arranged, and various organizations coincide with competitions and interesting promotions.
Russian service for booking hotels and apartments TVIL.RU announced the “Bring a Friend” campaign. To take advantage of its benefits, a user registered on the TVIL.RU website must send a personal link to friends from the “Promotions” section of their personal TVIL.RU account.
Friends must follow this link and also register on the TVIL.RU website — immediately after registration, they receive 15,000 bonus rubles to their internal wallet. For each first booking of a friend, the participant of the promotion receives 3,000 bonus rubles. Bonus rubles can be used to pay up to 10% of the next booking from the total amount of the stay. Bonus rubles are valid for 1 year from the date of accrual.
What to spend bonus rubles on? Where to go with friends? In honor of the International Day of Friends, TVIL.RU conducted a survey on social networks, asking subscribers: “Imagine that you can poke your finger at any point on the map of Russia and find yourself there with your friends. Where will this point be? Here’s what the voters chose.
1. In the first place by a wide margin came the Crimea for which 39% voted. We love this amazing peninsula, despite the difficulties of logistics. Someone likes the magnificent Yalta, someone — the legendary Sevastopol. Every lover of Crimea has his favorite hidden corners. And many want to show them to their friends.
2. In second place is Baikal — the choice of 21% of the voters. The amazing «glorious sea» is a place where you should visit at least once in your life. Because having been there once, you will want to return again with friends, old or new.
3. In third place is the Kaliningrad region, for which 19% of people voted. This amazing land, where ancient forts coexist with coquettish Prussian houses, where the Baltic waves whitewash the boughs washed ashore, is a wonderful backdrop for friendly photos.
4. 18% voted for Dagestan. Our tourists have recently appreciated the merits of this beautiful and hospitable land — but they are already enjoying the sea, mountains and excellent cuisine in Dagestan cities and villages.
5. Kamchatka was chosen by 17% of subscribers. To be here at the wave of a hand is very attractive, because the main component of the cost of this trip is the cost of an air ticket to the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. And there is no other way to get there from Central Russia.
6. Altai collected 13% of the vote. This tourist destination is developing rapidly, and the trend of recent years, focusing on domestic tourism, helps a lot in this.
7. Primorye and Vladivostok were supported by 9% of voters. Friends will feel good in this city, no matter what their tastes are — here is the splendor of nature and the sea with ships, excellent cuisine with seafood. And, of course — a lot of excursions and entertainment.
8. Khibiny was chosen by 3% of the voters. These mountains are popular in any season — in winter, and in spring, and in summer. It happens that a strong friendship is born in them — in the mountains it is tested for strength.
9. Astrakhan and the Volga Delta choice of 2% of all voters. Here you can fish with friends, go on an excursion to amazing places, for example, to the Baskunchak salt lake or to lotuses.
10. Chukotka received 1% of the vote. It’s really not a mass trend. But we hope that every year the number of people wishing to see the dawn over Anguema, walrus rookeries on the shore, Cape Dezhnev and the Coast of Broken Ships will only increase.
