Crimea is one of the leaders among Russian regions in terms of effective development of rural areas

For several years, large-scale work has been carried out in Crimean villages to improve children’s playgrounds and sports grounds, pedestrian areas, parks, squares, public spaces, and much more. This year, the Republic of Crimea submitted 4 projects to the competition of Best Practices for Rural Improvement Projects, which have become real points of attraction for children and adults. All these projects: «Creation of a children’s playground in the village of Pshenichnoye» in Pervomaisky district, «Organization of a pedestrian zone in the village. Nikolayevka» in the Simferopolsky district, «Arrangement of a sports ground in the village of Timoshenko» in the Krasnogvardeysky district, «Arrangement of the history park in the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye» and «Arrangement of the Park of Heroes in the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye» in the Sovetsky district appeared thanks to the initiative of local residents, support from the state and local administrations. The First Deputy Minister emphasized that the Crimean projects for the improvement of rural areas annually take part in competitive programs within the Golden Autumn and receive high awards.

This year the competition commission has evaluated the work of administrations of rural settlements of the republic with gold and silver. We are proud of our winners of the competition, who took part in such a test and deserved high awards in three categories: «The best project for creating a public space», «The best project for creating and arranging playgrounds» and «The best project for creating and arranging pedestrian and transport infrastructure «. In order to achieve such results, the municipalities carried out colossal work in the field of improvement of rural areas on the ground, which causes the deepest respect, notes Alime Zaredinova.

The First Deputy Minister also said that out of 4 nominations, rural settlements of the regions of the republic participated in three, in which they received awards. The administration of the Nikolaevsky rural settlement of the Simferopol region received a gold medal for the improvement of the territory adjacent to the Embankment in the village. Nikolaevka, which has become an ornament and the most visited place in the resort village, the administration of Pervomaisky rural settlement of Pervomaisky district received a silver medal for the improvement of the playground in the village of Tymoshenko, which immediately became the center of attention of the youngest residents of the village. The administration of the Krasnogvardeisky rural settlement of the Sovetsky District also received a silver medal for the arrangement of the «Park of Heroes» and the «Park of History», which has become a landmark of the region and a place of memory for our youth.

Let me remind you that this year all 7 projects that were envisaged under the state program «Integrated Development of Rural Territories» have already been implemented. As a result, in Bakhchisaray, Dzhankoy, Krasnogvardeisky, Krasnoperekopsky, Pervomaisky, Simferopol and Sovetsky districts, combined, children’s and sports grounds appeared.
