Crimea is preparing for another “big sale”. Kolomoisky’s recreation center will also be put up for auction

The State Council of the Republic of Crimea agreed on the sale of previously nationalized facilities for 397 million rubles. How reported Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov, in total there are 37 real estate objects on the “sale” list. As the head of the Crimean parliament clarified, the nationalized property of citizens and states committing unfriendly actions towards Russia will be put up for auction. The “delicious” one is the recreation center in Partenit, which previously belonged to the Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky.
In the near future, the property of Transport Logistics LLC, the Europe recreation center in the village of Partenit, which belonged to the Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky, will be put up for auction. The lot includes 37 real estate objects: a water sports center, retaining walls and more. As a result of the sale, revenues in the amount of 397.7 million rubles are expected to the Crimean budget— said Konstantinov.
