Crimea is proposed to prohibit the public performance of the works of foreign agents

We are preparing … an appeal to the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the introduction of a legislative ban on the public use and execution of works created by foreign agents or citizens of foreign states and territories performing unfriendly actions against Russia, Russian companies and citizens,-he wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to Konstantinov, in the conditions of the information warfare against Russia, “individual cultural figures use their work as an instrument of influence, the spread of the anti-Russian agenda, discredit state institutions and undermine traditional spiritual and moral values.”
At the same time, their works continue to be widely broadcast in Russia, including television, radio, Internet, theater and concert venues. The state may and is obliged to protect its information and cultural space from such an impact, ”explained the speaker of the Crimean parliament.
It is proposed to establish a legislative ban on public execution, display, transmission, rental, demonstration, posting, information and telecommunication networks, including on the Internet, as well as other use of works, authorship or exclusive rights to which foreign agents and citizens of foreign states and territories that perform unfinished actions against Russia.
