The Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Hanziy, opening the meeting organized in the art gallery «Art Maximum», expressed gratitude to all the audience and noted that cultural and cognitive tourism is one of the leading directions of the tourist complex of the republic, while the unification of the efforts of power and business on the field is necessary to systematize problematic issues and their solutions, to develop a single vision for the further vision for the further vision for the further vision high -quality development of excursion activities.
The season of 2025 for Crimean guides for the first time passes according to the new rules. Since March 1, guides, translators do not have the right to provide activities without a state-owned badge of the state model, which is issued after passing successful certification for 5 years. At the same time, certification by the examination commission under the Ministry continues. By the number of certified guides, the Republic of Crimea is included in the country in the top three leaders after Moscow and St. Petersburg. At the moment, about 550 guides (guides) are certified in the Republic of Crimea, including 13 guides-translators, and the methodological school of Crimean guides is the strongest in the country. In accordance with federal legislation in 2025, the Ministry is endowed with control and supervisory functions for the implementation of measures in terms of identifying unscrupulous guides that illegally provide services in the republic in the summer season. These are primarily security issues and our general reputation— the minister said.
Participants in the meetings were raised as acute issues requiring an operational solution, for example, supporting guides on routes passing along the protected areas, the work of guides in the territories of cultural and historical heritage objects, the functioning of excursion NTOs in municipalities, and issues that need to be resolved in a longer-term perspective. These include the availability of tourist infrastructure, the organization of the movement of excursion transport, the arrangement of parking lots and the locations of the vehicle at the shows, which is especially necessary in the summer season in southern cities and villages with historically narrow streets and dense buildings. The year -round work of sanitary zones and toilets in public places and on embankments is no less important: installation of additional shops, lighting, ramps for people with disabilities, etc.
The authorities are primarily interested in resolving the issues of escorting tourists. This is the image of the whole Republic of Crimea as one of the leading areas of rest of Russians. Supposing that we have a strong methodological school, we must correspond to this title. The guides are not only the first to take on their first to communicate with the guests. They are guides into the richest world of knowledge about the history and culture of the peninsula and emotions that the guest will take with him— concluded the minister.
The result of the meeting was a joint agreement on the systematization of the issues under consideration. In addition, it was decided to create a unified association, which will provide comprehensive support to the professional community of experts of excursion.
