Crimea: over the past 24 hours, the number “112” received more than 5,000 thousand calls related to bad weather

The Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Sadakliev, reported that on November 26, the single emergency number “112” received 5,521 calls related to the passage of a complex of dangerous meteorological phenomena. All calls were forwarded to specialized services.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea reminds that On November 27, difficult weather conditions persist in Crimea.
In this regard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds residents and guests of the peninsula of the need to comply with the rules of safe behavior on the roads and in the mountain-forest zone.
All forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea are in readiness for a rapid response. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea has developed plans for the use of forces and means in case of emergencies caused by bad weather. The situation is under the control of the Government of the Republic of Crimea.
