As the Deputy Prime Minister said, three adult projects of initiative budgeting (IB) are the People’s Park “Renaissance” (p. Krasnoflotsky, Soviet district), “Alley of memory of children-heroes of the Great Patriotic War” (p. Pearl, Nizhnegorsky district), the project “In the world of stars” (PGT. Nizhnyursky, Nizhnyursky district).
Project People’s Park «Renaissance» Starting is being implemented for the fifth year in a row. During this time, 5.6 million rubles were allocated for its implementation. The area of the park has already exceeded 4 hectares and will expand. This year, a terraced earthen shaft will be equipped in the park, a swing and a playground are installed.
Project «Alley of memory of children-heroes of the Great Patriotic War» Within the framework of the IB, it has been implemented since 2024. Earlier, in 2018, students of the local school, with the support of local authorities, laid the alley of memory of the children-heroes of the Great Patriotic War. In 2024, the project prepared on the basis of existing developments as part of the Crimea contest as we want ”-2024 won and began to be implemented in an updated format: every year the alley is replenished with new fruit trees.
Project «In the world of stars» It has also been implemented since last year as the winner of the Crimea contest as we want ”-2024. The project was based on the Vladimir Park in the center of the village, which was founded in 2015 under the curator of the Vladimir region. In 2024, thanks to the IB project in the park, decorative lighting was installed — therefore, the project is called «in the world of stars.» Under these “stars”, people make family photos and post them on social networks, which becomes the best advertising of the ideas of initiative budgeting in the republic.
Among the school projects for a competition of all-Russian scale in the nomination “Project of School Initial Budgeting”, projects of 3 school museums from the Kirovsky district were submitted: Museum of combat glory «Memory» in the open air (Novopokrovskaya comprehensive school), Museum of Military Glory (Ligs school) and School Museum «Without the past there is no future» (Zhuravskaya school), as well as projects: Center for Children’s Initiatives «Creative impulse» (Okunevskaya secondary school named after F. S. Duchenko, Black Sea district), School Mediastudia «Landmark» (Chisten school-gymnasium named after Hero of Socialist Labor I. S. Tarasyuk, Simferopol district), “The improvement of the street site« (Lyceum of the Crimean spring, Simferopol district), Recreation zone «Reloading» (Dobrovskaya school-gymnasium named after Y. M. Slonimsky, Simferopol district), and another original project- «Children-Majorettes» (Bratsk UVK, Krasnoperekopsky district).
The winners of the All -Russian competition in each nomination will receive a diploma and a monetary prize in the amount of 150 thousand rubles, which will be aimed at co -financing new initiative projects next year. The owners of the second and third place will also be awarded a diploma and a monetary prize in the amount of 100 thousand rubles and 50 thousand rubles, respectively— announced Irina Kiviko.
