Crimea: Participants can issue monetary compensation instead of a land plot after receiving a notification from the administration

Recall that in the Crimea a law was adopted, allowing the participants of the person who is in the queue for obtaining a land plot, to choose monetary compensation instead of the site.

However, in order for applicants to use this right, it is necessary to approve a certain procedure that will regulate this procedure.

This procedure was developed by the minimum perfection of Crimea and at the moment the document undergoes the approval procedure. After the approval of the order, local governments will begin to send a notification to all participants of the EV, standing in line and who have not yet received a land plot. The notification will be sent by mail with a delivery notice, or was personally handed to the applicant under signature— explained Minister Larisa Kulinich.

Thus, applicants who want to exercise their right to receive monetary compensation instead of a land plot, it is necessary to wait for the approval of the procedure and receive the appropriate notification from the local government.
