Crimea records «absolute» heat for the second day in a row
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The maximum temperature in Simferopol on July 17 was 38.3 degrees. This is 1.2 degrees higher than the previous record value set in 2001, — the hydrometeorological center reported.
On July 16 in Simferopol also was beaten temperature record, the air warmed up to 37.5 degrees, which is 1.4 degrees higher than the previous record.
Hot weather will continue in Crimea for the next week. A storm warning was announced in Crimea for July 17-18 due to abnormal heat, which will rise to plus 38-40 degrees.
