In a three -stage competition, which lasts six months, in 18 nominations, objects of any level, from cafes to high kitchen restaurants, will be able to take part in 18 nominations. The bonus stimulates objects for the development and improvement of the services provided.

The task of the award is to inspire the development of the restaurant industry and gastronomic tourism in Russia, noting the establishments that form the image of our country on the world map of tastes and become the hallmark of their regions.

The organizers of the award are confident that Russia with its diversity of cultures, kitchens and traditions has every opportunity to become a gastronomic attraction for tourists from all over the globe.

Roskachestvo became a prize partner and supported it with a jury membership in both directions, hotel and restaurant, as we are confident in the impartiality of refereeing and the power of the positive influence of the project on the sphere. One of the missions of the project is to popularize the profession in the service sector and the unification of the restaurant and hotel industries.
