Crimea shares the practices of the development of gastrotourism with the Russian regions

The minister presented how tourism, agro -industrial complex, culture and creative industries are united in Crimea.
The program «Passing in Russia» in the Republic of Crimea will open up new prospects for regional development and will be an important step in the formation of a sustainable gastronomic brand that can attract tourists and investors from all over the country. Further popularization of the gastronomic potential of the peninsula will allow not only to maintain the variety of unique products and traditions of the region, but also to make them more affordable and attractive to the whole of Russia, — said Sergey Ganziy.
Earlier, the Republic of Crimea entered as a pilot region in the federal project “Passing on Russia” The goals of which are the development of the gastronomic industry as a strategic tool for the image and economic growth of the Republic of Crimea as a year -round competitive tourist region of the Russian Federation, as well as the development and promotion of new types of tourist products unleashed by seasonal fluctuations.
The Republic of Crimea has already prepared a road map and a working interdepartmental group, which included representatives of the ministries, industry experts, specialized associations, educational institutions. Among the priority for 2025, the events are planned to form a regional register of Crimean distinctions for the systematization of local products and preserving local culinary traditions, working with an entrepreneurial community on the development, testing and implementation of the Crimean menu in pilot public nutritions of the region.
Already in the fall of this year, we plan to summarize the first results of the work done as part of the gastronomic festival, — noted Sergey Ganziy.
Also in the immediate plans, the creation of a register of thematic gastronomic excursions, the Crimean Sami digital catalog, the development of the gastrogide “Gastronomic Roads of Crimea” and the updating of the existing project “Wine Roads of Crimea”.
As the minister noted, special attention will be paid to staff training to acquaint guests with local cuisine. The conduct of the Accelerator “Factory of Tourism” is being prepared under the program for the development of the regional gastrust industry and the additional professional training courses “Tourist (Guide)” in the direction of “Gastronomic Tourism”.
The director of the Division “City Economy” by Asi Olga Shandurenko said that at the moment the Belgorod and Ivanovo region, Kamchatka region, the Murmansk region, the Perm Territory, the Republic of Mordovia, the Tula, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk and Tomsk regions have already joined the project. According to her, these regions demonstrated high potential, involvement and readiness for intersectoral interaction, becoming the flagships of the direction.
