«CRIMEA-SPAS» evacuated a girl from a steep rock-talus slope on the South Coast

On October 21, at 14:25, a message was received at the control panel of the emergency department on duty that a girl, while walking along the Stavri-Kaya tourist trail (in the Yalta area), had lost her route and walked onto a steep rocky slope. He cannot continue moving on his own. Rescuers’ help is required.
The duty shift of the Yalta emergency rescue team «CRIMEA-SPAS» headed to the search and rescue area. Previously, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea established a mobile connection with the girl and found out her location using coordinates. Upon arrival, rescuers quickly found her on a hard-to-reach rocky area in the area of Mount Stavri-Kaya. She did not need medical care. Using mountaineering equipment, emergency department employees evacuated the girl to a safe place, after which they took her to Yalta in an official car.— said the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
