Crimea summed up the operational and preventive event «Debtor»

In the territory of the Republic of Crimea, from June 19 to June 19 and from June 23 to June 27, the debtor operational and preventive event was held. Its results are as follows:
- Over the period of the event, more than 11 thousand administrative fines were recovered from among the unfulfilled voluntary procedure within the timelines established by law for a total amount of over 8 million rubles.
- During the operational-preventive event for consideration and decision-making, more than 80 administrative materials were sent to the courts for evasion of administrative punishment.
- Also, police officers in relation to persons who have not paid an administrative fine on time, more than 1 thousand protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up for which is provided for in Part 1 of Art. 20.25 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
- About 5 thousand decisions were sent to the units of the Federal Bailiff Service on the prosecution of persons to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine, for which the term of voluntary payment expired, for a total of about 4 million rubles.
Employees of the State traffic inspectorate, in cooperation with the GU FSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, identified 35 debtor drivers. The arrests were imposed on 13 vehicles in the framework of 320 enforcement proceedings on the recovery of fines of taxes, taxes, debts.
