Crimea sums up the results of I children's health shift

At an expanded meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on the organization of recreation and recovery of children We discussed the organization of children’s recreation in the summer period of 2025. The meeting was held under the leadership Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya. The event was attended by members of the commission, heads of municipalities, representatives of supervisory authorities and children’s health facilities.
During the meetings, the results of the I change of the summer health campaign were summed up. In June, 371 children’s recreation organizations worked on the territory of the region, including 33 stationary camps, where 14,635 children from different regions of Russia, 317 daytime camps with coverage of more than 27 thousand children and 21 labor and rest camps for high school students rested. Additionally organized 405 thematic sites that visited over 80.6 thousand children. In July-August, it is planned to open 20 more daytime camps and 81 sites.
Particular attention is paid to the rest of children of preferential categories. 6,164 children were sent to the suburban camps for the first shift to suburban camps, of which 5,140 are at the expense of the republican budget. In the second shift, 3,320 children from socially unprotected families and 1,510 talented and gifted schoolchildren rest.
The head of the Crimean department of Rospotrebnadzor, Natalya Penkovskaya, reported on compliance with sanitary and epidemiological norms in health facilities. Separately discussed issues of anti -terrorism protection of children’s recreation facilities, including strengthening security measures and regular staff briefings.
Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea Ilya Donchenko noted that not all camps in the register function this year. The heads of municipalities are instructed to analyze the causes of downtime and submit proposals to resume their work. As a promising direction, the creation of a methodological center of the children’s recreation system in Crimea was considered on the basis of the Fortun camp.
Summing up, Elena Romanovskaya emphasized the importance of ensuring an affordable, safe and high -quality rest for all categories of children, including children with disabilities, as well as the need to further develop the infrastructure of children’s health facilities.
