Crimea: The list of military personnel who have the right to receive land or monetary compensation has been expanded

At the meeting of the State Council of Crimea, the next changes in the legislation were announced regarding the support measures of the participants of SV.

Thus, in the list of certain categories of citizens entitled to provide land plots for free, now includes veterans and disabled people of military operations that have concluded a contract with organizations promoting the fulfillment of tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the special military operation, as well as members of their families. This applies to private military companies.

Including changes concern citizens who have concluded contracts on military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the military commissariat or selection points for military service under the contract located in the Republic of Crimea.

It is important to note that the law clarifies the period of conclusion of the relevant contracts — from the date of the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, from September 21, 2022-explained the Deputy Prime Minister.
