Crimea: the procedure for providing social assistance (subsidies) for dog

Citizens of the Russian Federation living in the Republic of Crimea, who own the right of ownership (including shared or joint ownership) or on other home ownership provided for by law, located in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, which concluded an agreement on the connection in the framework of the duplication in 2024 and 2025, from among the persons that are:

• Participants of the Second World War, military disabilities, war veterans, family members of the dead (deceased) disabled persons and disabled people of war, participants of the Second World War, veterans of military operations, the status of which is established in accordance with the Federal Law of 12.01.1995 No. 5-ФЗ “On Veterans”;
• large families;
• poor citizens, including poor families with children;
• participants in a special military operation and members of their families;
• disabled people of the first group and persons who care for children with disabilities.

List of documents:

• Application for the appointment of a subsidy According to the approved form;
• a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or another identity document;
• a document confirming the status of a citizen (the right of a citizen to receive a subsidy);
• contract with a gas distribution organization;
• a document confirming the fact of a change in the surname, name or patronymic (is submitted if the appropriate fact is available);
• documents confirming ownership or other right provided for by law to households;
• An identity document and the powers of the applicant, if the application is submitted.

Documents are attached to the application in copies with the presentation of originals for the viewing.

Subsidia size:

• It is determined equal to the size of citizens’ costs for the purchase and installation of gas -heating equipment and the work within the boundaries of their land plots as part of the implementation of measures for the implementation of the connection (technological connection) of gas equipment and capital construction objects to gas distribution networks during the dozenment provided for in the gas distribution organization concluded by such a person on the connection (technological connection), but not More 100,000 rubles.

The agreement on the connection (technological connection) of gas -using equipment to the gas distribution network is concluded with the State Unitary Enterprise of the Krymgazeset RK by submitting an application for connecting (technological connection). The subsidy is targeted and is provided once in relation to one household.
