Crimea will receive an additional 73 million rubles for the development of infrastructure for children's recreation

In 2024, the Republic of Crimea will additionally receive approximately 73 million rubles to create modern infrastructure for organizing children’s recreation and health improvement.
The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. According to the document, the funds are planned to be used for the construction of non-capital buildings, structures (quickly erected structures) and major repairs of infrastructure facilities of children’s recreation organizations. Financing is allocated from the reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation within the framework of the federal project «Creating conditions for education, recreation and health improvement of children and youth» of the state program «Education Development».

REFERENCE. In total, 13 regions selected by competition will receive funding for the development of infrastructure for children’s recreation. In addition to Crimea, these are Buryatia, Mordovia, Yakutia, Khakassia, Zabaikalsky Krai, as well as Amur, Volgograd, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Omsk, Smolensk and Tver regions. It is expected that thanks to the subsidies, more than 30 residential modules with a total capacity of over 1.3 thousand places will be built.
