Crimea will receive more than 675 million rubles from the federal budget for the creation of modular hotels

According to order Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin the amount of the subsidy for Crimea will be about 262.1 million rubles in 2025, 190.3 million rubles in 2026 and 222.7 million rubles in 2027.
Sergei Aksyonov clarified that according to the results of the competition, which is held by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, ten investment projects were supported in the republic.
Two projects are located in Alushta, Sudak (New World) and Leninsky district, one in Feodosia, Bakhchisaray, Black Sea and Saksky districts. In accordance with the applications of investors, five projects are planned to be completed in 2025, one in 2026, four more in 2027— shared the head of Crimea.
State support will be provided as part of the federal project “Creation of a number of rooms, infrastructure and new points of attraction” of the national project “Tourism and hospitality”. Funds will be directed to financial support or reimbursement of costs for the acquisition and installation of modular non -capital accommodation facilities. The investor is compensated for up to 50 % of the cost of the project.
