Crimean agrarians threshed a million tons of grain and grain -combat crops

To date, 555 thousand hectares are actually threshed in Crimea. The best result was shown by the Red Guard (139.7 thousand tons), Leninsky (120.1 thousand tons) and Dzhankoy (107 thousand tons) areas. At the same time, the highest yield is noted in Leninsky (32.8 c/ha), Simferopol (28.4 c/ha) and Razdolnensky (25.3 c/ha) areas.

Sergei Aksyonov expressed gratitude to the farmers for a decent result, achieved despite difficult weather conditions.

Thanks to the work of our bakeries, the food security of Crimea is ensured. With the support of our president and federal authorities, we continue to move forward— said the head of the republic.

In addition, Sergey Aksyonov was awarded a sheaf from the ears of a new crop and a loaf of bread.

Crimean farmers were also thanked for the work by the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov and the chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk.
