Crimean and Sevastopol youth will be taught to develop creative projects — “Create.Tavrida”
CrimeaPRESS reports:
From April 18 to 21, at the site of the Academy of Creative Industries «Meganom» (project «Tavrida.ART»), the Accelerator of creative projects «Create.Tavrida» will be held, in which the youth of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol will take part. In just a few days, program participants will learn how to create their own projects: from packaging an idea to submitting an application for a grant competition. Registration for the educational program is open on the website: https://clck.ru/38udom
The accelerator of creative projects “Create.Tavrida” is implementing the art cluster “Tavrida” (a project of Rosmolodezh) together with the State Committee for Youth Policy and the Youth House of the Republic of Crimea, as well as the Administration for Youth Affairs and Sports and the City Center for Social and Sports Programs of the city of Sevastopol.
Young cultural figures from 18 to 35 years old can become participants in the Accelerator. The training is free, you must apply on the website. Registration for the “Create.Tavrida” program is open until March 25, 2024 inclusive, training will take place from April 18 to 21.
The accelerator of creative projects “Create.Tavrida” is a free educational program of the Meganom Academy, a practical guide to writing and packaging ideas into projects that can later receive real funding and be implemented. The accelerator was created specifically for young people from Russian regions and allows them to quickly gain knowledge on the basics of social design, learn how to competently present their own ideas, and develop public speaking and presentation skills. As a result of the program, participants will create ready-made competitive projects for their subsequent implementation, and will also receive valuable feedback from experts from Rosmolodezh.Grants and other grant competitions.
In February, the Accelerator of creative projects “Create.Yaroslavl” was held in Yaroslavl. The authors of the best projects became finalists and were invited to the site of the Tavrida art cluster in Crimea to participate in the Rosmolodezh.Grants competition with the opportunity to receive funding for their project. In addition to Crimea, in 2024 the educational program will be adopted by the Vologda, Ivanovo, Chelyabinsk, Novgorod, and Zaporozhye regions.
108 people became finalists of the 2023 Accelerator; they received mentoring from experts, and 86 participants and finalists of the program won federal and regional grant competitions totaling more than 44 million rubles. This once again confirms the importance of our educational program. Every year the number of Accelerator participants increases, projects become more serious and more useful for the regions — they give impetus to development from within and change the life of cities, giving residents the opportunity to acquire completely new competencies,” notes Oksana Nikiforova, head of the grant support service of the Tavrida art cluster.
The accelerator of creative projects “Create.Tavrida” has been implemented since 2021. During this time, the program was successfully held in Tula, Petrozavodsk, Perm, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Stavropol, in Crimea on the basis of the Meganom Academy for participants from the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, in Rostov-on -Don, Simferopol and Sevastopol. The Accelerator also took place in the format of the art school “Create.Tavrida” at the festival site of the art cluster.
