Crimean athletes brought six medals from Sochi

Three gold, one silver and two bronze medals were won by Crimean athletes at the All-Russian track and field throwing competitions, which ended in Sochi.

Vera Markaryan (Rebrik) has added another gold medal to her collection. Having sent in the fifth attempt a javelin to mark 63,75 m, Vera won the competition with the best result of the season in Russia and the second result in the world rankings. The winner in the javelin throw among juniors up to 23 years was the candidate for the master of sports from the city of Saki, Evgeny Bryushenko, representing the SShOR in athletics No. 1. in his best attempt, he showed the result 72, 57 m.
