The Crimean government has summed up the results of the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Entrepreneurial Initiatives” in 2023. As reported by the Main Directorate for the Implementation of National Projects, the amount of funds provided for 2023 amounted to 215.79 million rubles. Cash execution of the budget for all three ongoing regional projects has been fully implemented.

In the Republic of Crimea, 126.9 thousand self-employed citizens are registered, who were provided with microloans in the amount of 20.3 million rubles in 2023. at a preferential rate of the MCC «Microfinance Fund for Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Crimea», 710 people were trained in infrastructure organizations for supporting small and medium-sized businesses in offline and online formats.

MCC “Microfinance Entrepreneurship Fund of the Republic of Crimea” provided 244 microloans to aspiring entrepreneurs and 1,483 microloans to other small and medium-sized businesses. The Fund is developing anti-crisis products that are in demand in various areas of the Crimean economy. The purpose of using a microloan should be to create and develop your own business, replenish working capital, purchase equipment and other purposes related to entrepreneurial activity.

Let us remind you that microloans are provided to entrepreneurs in amounts up to 5 million rubles on a repayable basis for a period of up to 36 months. The interest rate for using a microloan is attractive for business entities (from 1 to 17% per annum).

JSC «Crimean Guarantee Fund» issued 31 guarantees to beginning entrepreneurs for a total amount of 170.85 million rubles. and 183 guarantees in the amount of RUB 1,330.21 million. for other small and medium-sized businesses.

Based on the results of the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, the non-profit organization “Crimean State Fund for Entrepreneurship Support” provided 24,593 consultations, carried out 490 events, trained 4,063 small and medium-sized businesses, and provided assistance to the ANO “Southern Regional Export Support Center” 105 services to SMEs in the export sector.

Let us remind you that within the framework of the national project, three regional projects of different directions are being implemented in the Republic of Crimea, which allows small and medium-sized businesses to be provided with a wide range of opportunities to implement initiatives in almost all sectors of the economy.

The national project is structured in such a way as to offer the necessary support measures to an entrepreneur at each stage of the business development life cycle: from the emergence of the idea to start a business, then registration and assistance in obtaining affordable financing, property support, to the implementation of projects in certain industries and business expansion with exit for export.
