Crimean bailiffs helped Crimeans who contacted the President directly to achieve justice

Employees of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for Crimea and Sevastopol helped solve the problems of 84 residents of the peninsula as part of the Popular Front project “Direct Line. Continuation”, who addressed the direct line with the Presidents in December 2023. Another 3 complaints received from Crimeans were taken under special control by the leadership of the FSSP and the Popular Front.

Bailiffs helped residents of the peninsula achieve payment of alimony, as well as execution of court decisions regarding the demolition of unauthorized extensions, debt collection and other issues.

I would like to note that most of the Crimean appeals from the direct line regarding non-execution of court decisions and alimony over the past six months have been resolved. This is truly a positive practice, one of the most effective among all areas in our region, to which the residents of Crimea asked the President to pay attention. Thanks to the bailiff service for their prompt work, even in those cases where people’s complaints were not justified, they explained to residents how best to proceed in each situation. From the majority of Crimeans we heard gratitude towards the service,” said the head of the regional executive committee of the Popular Front in Crimea, Alla Vertinskaya.

For special control, the Popular Front and the FSSP took 3 complaints from residents of Crimea about non-execution of court decisions: about two illegal additions to a house in Yalta and non-payment of alimony to a resident of Simferopol. Also, the bailiffs, together with the Popular Front, will work on an ongoing basis to respond to requests received by the presidential movement and to develop areas of assistance to the front.
