Crimean calls to participate in the competition «Leaders of the village» — the application can be submitted until September 30

The All -Russian Competition of Young Managers «Leaders of the village» is aimed at the formation of a stable personnel base of young managers and public opinion leaders in rural areas.

The main tasks of the project:

-development of competencies in the field of management and socio-political activity;
— creating a platform for the exchange of experience and best practices;
— support for individual trajectories of professional growth;
— The formation of a community of young like -minded people.

“The Leaders of the village” is not just a project, but a real tool for rebooting the managerial future of rural territories, ”said Dmitry Pekurovsky, chairman of the Public Chamber of Russia, the chairman of the Public Chamber of Russia. — This is an opportunity for young people to take responsibility, become the voice and affair of their small homeland. Last year alone, more than 20,000 young people from 89 regions of the country took part in the competition. And farmers, and students, and public figures are purposeful, active, indifferent. ”

The third season of the competition promises to be no less large -scale. Registration is carried out on the official website Leadersla.rf. Young people from 18 to 35 years old living in the village or working on the development of rural areas are invited to participate.

The competition «Leaders of the village» includes:

• educational trajectory with online and full -time formats;
• a series of distance tests (knowledge tests, motivation, leadership potential);
• Final in full -time;
• a mentoring program with top experts and state defenses;
• The possibility of internships in the authorities and recommendations to the personnel reserve.

The organizer of the competition is the All -Russian Youth Public Organization “Russian Union of rural youth” (RSSM) with the support of the Varmsu Association and the All -Russian political party “United Russia”. The implementation of the project takes place within the framework of the program «Personnel for the village», initiated by the RSCM and Rosmolodzhny.
